Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical access data required to provide the website securely and reliably. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, the file accessed, the amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Contact Form

This website includes a contact form. If you use it, the information you enter (name, email address, message) is sent to us by email and processed in order to handle your inquiry. No data is passed on to third parties.

Depending on the content of the inquiry, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Showreel Access Request

To request access to the copyright-protected showreel, you can provide your name, email address, and intended purpose via a form. Once your request is approved, you will receive a personalized access link by email, valid for 2 hours.

The link contains a signed token that carries your name and email address in encrypted form and displays them as a watermark in the video during playback. This serves to trace the source in the event of unauthorized distribution of the copyright-protected material. The data is not stored in a database, but is processed exclusively within the link itself and becomes invalid once the link expires.

Each time the video is accessed via an access link, it is logged that and when the link was used (timestamp, name, email address, purpose). This is used solely to track whether, when, and how often a sent link was actually used.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting copyright and confidential client material).

Audience Measurement

This website counts page views using a self-operated, simple server-side counter (date, page accessed, language, a coarse device type, and the referring domain if you arrived via a link). No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. To roughly distinguish repeat views from different visitors, a short key is derived from the IP address and browser identifier using a hash function; this key changes daily and cannot be reverse-computed to the original IP address. No individual usage history beyond a single day is created. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the reach of this website).

In addition, we use Matomo, a self-hosted web analytics software (server: stats.redtally.de, under our own control, no data passed on to third parties). IP addresses are shortened by the last two bytes, no cookies are set, and your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is respected. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing and improving this website).

Cookies, Tracking and External Services

This website does not use cookies or embedded social media plugins. Fonts are self-hosted and not loaded from external services (e.g. Google Fonts). The web analytics used (Matomo) run exclusively on our own servers – see "Audience Measurement" above.

SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.

Retention Period

Personal data is stored or processed only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose, or as required by statutory retention obligations. Logs for showreel access links are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain types of processing.

Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates data protection law.
